Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und groß. Es stehen bereits meine Möbel drin: eine Couch mit Tisch, ein Himmelbett, ein Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode. Die Möbel bleiben im Zimmer und es wird eine Kaution erhoben von 500€ (300€ Matratze, 200€ restliche Möbel aus dem Zimmer und der Wohnung). Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gemütlich. Morgens geht die Sonne, wenn sie dann mal scheint, auf der Schlafzimmerseite auf und abends geht sie auf der Küchenseite unter. In der gesamten Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden.
The room is very bright and large. My furniture is already in there: a couch with a table, a four-poster bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The furniture stays in the room and a deposit of €500 is required (€300 mattress, €200 remaining furniture from the room and the flat). The flat is very large and cosy. In the morning, when the sun shines, it rises on the bedroom side and in the evening it sets on the kitchen side. Smoking is not allowed in the entire flat.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Harzer Kiez und der Barstraße Weserstraße in Neukölln. Es gibt viele Supermärkte in Laufnähe (ca. 8 Min.) und das große Einkafuszentrum Neukölln Arkaden sowie die Einkaufsstraße Karl-Marx-Straße. In den kleinen Nebenstraßen befinden sich viele schöne Cafes und Restaurants sowie Bars.
The flat is located close to the Harzer Kiez and the Weserstraße in Neukölln. There are many supermarkets within walking distance (approx. 8 minutes) and the large shopping centre Neukölln Arkaden as well as the shopping street Karl-Marx-Straße. There are many cafes, restaurants and bars in the small side streets.
