ich teile meine schöne 80 Quadratmeter Wohnung im lebhaften Reuterkiez mit meinem fast dreijährigen Kind und bin zu 100% Alleinerziehende*r. Aktuell habe ich ein sonniges Zimmer mit etwa 15 Quadratmetern, das ich gerne untervermieten möchte. Es ist das ruhigste Zimmer der Wohnung und bietet Blick auf unseren Hinterhof. Momentan dient es als mein Schlafzimmer, soll aber - nach Bedarf teilmöbliert (mit einem großen Schrank) - vermietet werden.
Wenn die richtige Person gefunden ist, plane ich, mein eigenes Schlafzimmer im großen Wohnzimmer zu integrieren, durch eine Regalwand abgetrennt, aber dennoch offen gestaltet. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Herzstück unserer Wohnung und daran grenzt auch das ca12 qm große Kinderzimmer.
Du bist eingeladen, den Wohnbereich gemeinsam mit uns zu nutzen. Die Küche ist derzeit nicht als Wohnküche eingerichtet (kein Tisch), aber ich plane, das zu ändern und sodass man/du auch dort Essen kannst nach Bedarf.

I share my beautiful 80 square meter apartment in the lively Reuterkiez with my almost three-year-old child and am a 100% single parent. I currently have a sunny room of around 15 square meters that I would like to sublet. It is the quietest room in the apartment and overlooks our backyard. It currently serves as my bedroom, but will be rented out - partially furnished (with a large closet) if required.
When the right person is found, I plan to integrate my own bedroom into the large living room, separated by a wall of shelves but still open-plan. The living room is the heart of our apartment and the 12 square meter children's room is also adjacent to it.
You are invited to use the living area together with us. The kitchen is currently not set up as a kitchen-living room (no table), but I plan to change that so that you can eat there as needed.

Meine Suche nach einem Mitbewohner oder einer Mitbewohnerin ist sowohl aus finanziellen als auch aus sozialen Gründen motiviert. Ich wünsche mir mehr Leben in der Wohnung und gleichzeitig mehr Flexibilität für mich, um auch mal rauszukommen, auch wenn das Kind zu Hause ist oder schläft. Tagsüber ist er in der Kita, während ich von zu Hause aus arbeite, was sich ändern wird, sobald jemand bei uns einzieht.
Du passt perfekt zu uns, wenn du:
Interesse daran hast, mit einem Kleinkind zusammenzuleben und am Familienleben teilzunehmen,
gerne sozial aktiv bist, aber auch dein eigenes Leben schätzt und pflegst,
kein Problem damit hast, dass der Platz nicht für viele Gäste ausgelegt ist,
bereit bist, 1-2 Abende pro Woche zu Hause zu sein, sodass ich einkaufen / zum Sport oder essen gehen kann
gelegentlich auch nachmittags Zeit hast,
ab Juni ein Zimmer in Berlin suchst.
