I'm offering a room for rent, which is available from 15th May until mid-August or September, the dates are flexible.
I am a woman and looking for another woman, as I think this is the best set-up since it's a small space. I'm a designer by profession.
The room is about 14 sq. m and it is furnished with a bed, mattress, nightstand, 2 wardrobes, bookshelf among others.
Please note the following details about the apartment, as they might be either suiting you very well or they might be a dealbreaker:
- €600 / month rent, including bills
- €600 deposit
- the apartment is located on the ground floor in the backyard, and it is quiet and relaxed. It is not facing street, just to the backyard. If you don't want to live on ground floor, then this is not the offer for you!
- the building is quiet, the neighbours as well
- no parties, no loud music! No pets!
- NO SMOKING is allowed!!!
- the room is for 1 person, no couples, sorry!!!
- there is a build-in kitchen with a fridge. Pots and pans are there. Small bamboo couch and a coffee table, as well as a dining table with chairs.
- 1 spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Washing machine available.

You will be renting the bedroom, while I am using the living room - not to live, but as a creative atelier. Which means I don't sleep in the apartment but come during the day to work on different design projects from time to time. This might be good for you if you prefer to be alone and not have many roommates and might be unsuitable if you are looking for a WG, where you can find people to socialize. I don't have a set schedule when I come and work, it could be during the week or weekends, it really depends on the projects I'm working on.
- the living room is connected to a kitchen thus creating a big open space. I will be using mostly the living room side.
- I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy, responsible and preferably doesn't have a lot of stuff, as there is not so much space.
- Ground floor apartment. Quiet and relaxed. In the backyard, so it is not facing the street. Windows face the shared backyard or a garden.
