Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon in Frauen-WG, kurz und langfristig mögl

Ihr Lieben,

wenn ihr Interesse habt, bitte einfach kurz anrufen (zwischen 10h - 21h). Per Mail/Sms ist mir das zu kompliziert und unpersönlich...;-)

Das Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet, inbegriffen Bettwäsche/Handtücher, etc.
Mietdauer und Beginn flexibel möglich, müssten wir absprechen...

Aber feststeht: es ist wunderschön, ruhig und gemütlich! Das Zimmer geht nach vorne raus, direkt mit nem Balkon davor, mit Blick in den kleinen Park, nette Abendsonne, hohe Decken, Stuck. Alles ein paar Schritte vom Kanal entfernt, nen Supermarkt über die Brücke und nette Cafés/ Kneipen in der Nähe. Die U-7 (Rathaus Neukölln) ist in fußnähe oder ein paar Schritte durch den Park zum Bus.
Wichtig wäre noch, daß ich ne sehr liebe Katze habe, die nachts netterweise vorwiegend schläft..;-) und, ich mag es schon sauber und ordentlich, aber trotzdem wohnlich.

Was gemeinsame Aktivitäten angeht bin ich ganz offen, aber geschlossene Türen finde ich auch mal ok. Und die Katze ebenfalls..;-) Aber ich fände es schon nett, mal gemeinsam zu kochen oder nen gemütlichen Dvd-Abend zu machen. Ich fahre auch nach vielen Jahren Berlin-Leben gerne mit dem Rad in der Stadt herum..gerne mal gemeinsam, wie's sich ergibt. Ebenso nehme ich gerne am vielfältigen kulturellen und politischen Angebot dieser tollen Stadt teil.

Wie ihr lest, alles nicht ganz so festgelegt. Am besten einfach mal melden, dann schauen wir, wie es so passen könnte. Vielleicht trinken wir ja mal nen Kaffee zusammen auf deinem zukünftigen Balkon..;-)

P.S.: Eine Info noch, falls du großer Fan von Räucherstäbchen oder stundenlangem Duftkerzeneinsatz bist, sind wir evtl. nicht das perfekte Team..;-) Und, um unötige Anrufe für beide Seiten zu vermeiden, KEINE eigene Tiere dazu möglich, ebenfalls bleibt das Zimmer möbliert. Nur kleine Änderungen möglich.

The cozy and quiet room is 26 square meters big, has got a balcony and is charmingly furnished and comes with a nice view into a small park. It's available for a shorter time or longer.
You'll be sharing the apartment with me and a lovely cat.

* room 26 sqm, with a big bed, table, 2 cupboards, chair, sofa and 2 small chest of draws
* wireless Internet
* Cozy and sunny (in the evening)
* Bed linen and blankets included
* Bath and hand towels included
* Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
* Refrigerator /freezer /dishwasher
* close shopping options (supermarkets, organic stores, turkish market, cafés and korean BBQ + Breakfirst Club round the corner..)

The apartment is situated on lively Neukölln, just a few foot steps away from the Kanal and close to the Weserstr with its numerous bars, fancy little cafés, international restaurants. Also the lovely Tempelhofer Feld, turkish market and the badeschiff are only a 10-minute ride with a bike away. There are also various shopping options are around the corner. A weekly fleamarket on Sundays and a farmer's market on Saturdays are hosted on nearby Kottbuser Damm.
There are living also 2 super-sweet cats, they prefer to sleep mostly. I like the flat clean and tidy. We can cook sometimes together or just having a coffee. I also love to discover the city (again and again) by bike, maybe you like to come with me...? But, that is no must…;-) It’s also ok, when you close your door for a while and relax.
The kitchen is full equipped, all in a good condition...just everything you would need to feel home away from home.

I’m looking forward to hear from! Maybe we can have a coffee/tea together on the nice balcony..;-)
