Es hat Stuck an der Decke, einen frisch abgeschliffenen Dielenboden und ein Fenster zum Balkon. Morgens wirst du von der Sonne geweckt.
Ausserdem steht dir natürlich eine geräumige und gemütliche Küche zur Verfügung.
Dein Zimmer hat eine Schlafcouch, Regale und einen Tisch mit Stuhl.
Wie lange du bei uns bleiben möchtest, können wir zusammen besprechen.
Ob du männlich oder weiblich bist, welche sexuelle Ausrichtung du hast, welcher Religion du angehörst oder wie alt du bist, ist uns egal. Hauptsache du bist sympathisch, sprichst Deutsch oder Englisch und hast abends mal Zeit, um das Zimmer zu besichtigen.

My brother and me are looking for someone to rent our 3rd room from now on.
The room has a window to the balcony and is furnitured with a bed, some shelves and a table with chair. We have a lovely kitchen (as we think), where we spend most of our time.
Die Wohnung liegt ums Eck vom Hermannplatz. U8 und U7 sowie Buslinien sind 1-2 Minuten entfernt. Ein Edeka ist auch ums Eck und viele viele andere Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants ebenfalls. Alles was der Gräfe- und Weserkiez halt so bietet.
The apartment is directly next to Hermannplatz. U8 and U7 as well as some buses are 1 to 2 minutes away. You can buy food at Edeka around the corner. Furthermore there are plenty of little shops, restaurants and bars around in Graefekiez and Weserkiez.
Bitte bei Bewerbung beachten, dass wir aufgrund des schon frei stehenden Zimmers in den kommenden Tagen einen Besichtigungstermin ansetzen werden.
