Unfurnished room in Neukölln (technically Treptow), close to Weserstr. and public transportation.
18 square meters, big window facing a garden.
The WG was grounded recently, we only have a fridge and a stove, no washing machine, no kitchen furniture (you can bring some if you have it). There are things and details still to be installed, but the apartment itself is in perfect condition, freshly painted, good WiFi connection.
Bus in front of apartment takes you to Hermannplatz or Treptower Park in 5 min. On foot: Weserstr. or Sonnenallee in 10 min.
I'm leaving the room, so you would live with Ranjii and Dean from New York City. They both do their own stuff but are glad to spend time together.
Ranjii (42) is a music producer apart from his side jobs. He's communicative and easy going. He works a lot and likes to chill down in his balcony.
Dean (35) is a free-lance English teacher with a good sense of humor and an interest for left-wing politics, punk culture and reggae. He's a vegetarian but he doesn't care if you eat meat.
The room is already available and we're looking for someone who can move in as soon as possible.
