Das helle und ruhige 22m² Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG sucht dich zur Zwischenmiete vom 01.07.2018 bis 31.01.2019 (womöglich auch noch länger). Das Zimmer ist teilmöbiliert und hat einen Dielenboden. Es befindet sich eine Monstera (Pflanze mit großen Blättern) in dem Zimmer, die sich freut, wenn man sie gelegentlich gießt.
The bright and calm 22m² room in our 3 person flat is looking for you to rent it from 01.07.2018 until 31.01.2019 (maybe even longer). The room is partly furnished. There is a monstera (plant with big leaves) in the room. You should be willing to water it once in a while.
Die näheste U-Bahnstation (U7 Karl-Marx-Str.) befindet sich circa 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es viele Supermärkte und Läden. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es auch einige Bars und Restaurants. Der historische Kern von Rixdorf ist nur wenige Meter entfernt.
The next train station of the U-Bahn (U7 Karl-Marx-Str.) is in walking distance - 3 minutes. There are a lot of super markets and shops around. There are some bars and restaurants nearby. The historic center of Rixdorf is just a couple of meters away.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Chris, (Schauspiel-Student und Musiker), sowie Stefan, welcher Software-Entwickler ist.
Wir kochen gelegentlich gemeinsam (vegetarisch/vegan) und geniessen es in unserem Garten mit Freunden zu chillen. Wir legen Wert auf eine saubere Wohnung, haben aber keinen Putzfimmel.
Als männlicher Interessent hast du leider schlechte Chancen, da wir keine Männer-WG werden wollen.
You will live together with Chris who is studying acting studies and he is Musican and with Stefan who is developing Software. We cook together once in a while (vegetarian/vegan) and enjoy to chill out in our garden with friend. We are looking for a woman, because we don't want to become a pure men flat.
