Ich verreise und vermiete mein schönes Zimmer mit Doppelbett solange ich verreist bin. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, Altbau und direkt am Richardplatz. Wir wohnen dort zu zweit. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon und eine gemütliche Küche mit Speisekammer. Das Bad ist klein, aber hat alles was man braucht. Badewanne, Waschmaschine etc. Ich suche jemanden, der gut und gepflegt mit meinen Sachen umgeht und sich eine schöne Zeit dort macht - in unserem Zuhause fühlt man sich schnell wohl.

hey folks, I am subletting my room while I'm on holidays. My roommate Djuna (Spanish musician) and me live in a beautiful flat with wooden floor, high ceiling and balcony in the heart of Neukölln. Richardkiez with its old buildings and nice Cafes is the place to be :) also it has good traffic connections with S-Bahn Sonnenallee and U-Bahn Karl Marx Straße just 7 minutes walking distance.
My room is spacious, has a double bed, a big working desk, a good stereo and loads of books about art you are very welcome to browse through. The kitchen is fully equipped since we love to cook. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. I would be happy to rent my room to a nice person who treats my belongings well. I am sure you will feel at home easily.
