Wir haben ein großes (ca. 24m2), günstiges Zimmer mit zwielichtigem Teppich in Neukölln, Nähe S+U Hermannstr., frei! Das Zimmer ist einzigartig günstig (264 Euro warm!), weil das Gebäude dem Studierendenwerk gehört. Es handelt sich dabei allerdings nicht um einen unansehnlichen Betonklotz, sondern um ein „normales“ Wohnhaus mit normalen WGs. Deswegen suchen wir auch jemanden, mit dem_der wir gern und lustig zusammenleben wollen!
Wir sind Lisa und Laura, studieren Geschichte/Politik und Psychologie und freuen uns darauf, dich bei einem Prosecco kennenzulernen.

- Wir wollen uns demnächst einen Kater kaufen, sodass es optimal wäre, wenn du Katzen nicht abscheulich fändest und keine Tierhaarallergie hättest.
- Der Teppich kann entfernt werden, allerdings zahlt das Wohnheim dafür nicht.

We are subletting a spacious (24m2), affordable room in our shared flat in Neukölln. The floor is completely covered with a slightly scruffy carpet. Rent is very low (only 264 euros rent including heating and internet), because the house is property of Berlin Studierendenwerk. Apart from that we are just like any other shared flat. We, Lisa and Laura, are currently studying history/political science and psychology.
The closest U/S-Bahn stations are Hermannstraße and Grenzallee. You can reach Tempelhof airport and this lovely place - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r4CDc9yCAqE - in about 10 minutes by foot.

- We would like to get a cat sometime soon. Hopefully you do not despise cats or have a pet hair allergy.
