Hello,
my name is Anna Sophie, I am subletting a room in my flat for one month from Friday 13.04.18 till Thrusday 31.05.18. but if you need it a bit earlier let me know, the room is ready for you to move in ;)
The price for the period (a month and a half) is 600€, plus there is a deposit of 150 euro to be returned at the end of your stay.
My flat is on the second floor, close to Wildenbruchplatz and Weserstraße in Neukölln where you can find a lot of nice bars and restaurants and Görlitzer Park and Treptower Park are also around the corner. The closest Metro station is Rathaus Neukölln on the U7 and different bus stops are within 5 minutes walking.
The room to sublet is 16 sqm and furnished with everything you need: a single bed, two armchairs, a desk + chair, a dresser and a clothesrail, with a window facing the Landwehrkanal in a quiet street.
Bed sheets and towels are also provided.
The flat has two rooms (yours and mine) + spacious hallway and a separate kitchen with everything including a large fridge, gas stove and washing machine, plus a bathroom with bathtub/shower. Wifi is there as well.
The flat is a NON-SMOKING flat. There are families around here, so it is definitely not the place for a party.
A little about me: I am 27 years old, from Austria, but living in Berlin since 2012. I’m interested in Illustration, Children’s Books and Graphic Design. I speak German, English and a little bit of Italian. My evenings are spent either at home cooking and watching some tv series or at nice bars with my boyfriend and other friends drinking a whiskey or dancing to music, although techno is not really my thing, as I’d rather listen to soul, indie, rock and so on.
Again, it is available for a month and a half from Friday 13.04.18 till Thursday 31.05.18
