Hallo da ich verreise vermiete ich mein Zimmer. Es handelt sich um ein schönes Sonnendurchflutetes 24qm Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert wie ihr auf den Fotos sehen könnt. Es liegt im Vorderhaus auf der Südseite. In der Gegend kann man gut ein Bier trinken gehen oder in einen Park gehen, außerdem ist man sehr gut an das U und S Bahn netz angebunden. Meldet euch einfach dann könnt ihr gerne vorbeikommen um euch das Zimmer anzuschauen.

I live with 2 guys Jonas and Sönke both of them know english and if you need they are going to help you to get around in Berlin or to drink a Beer in the Kitchen. If Your Interested just send me a message and if you want you can come around to see the flat. Its pretty close to the Metro Station „Neuköln“.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Ricksdorf in einer kleineren Seitenstraße der Karl Marx Allee ca. 100 Meter von der Haltestelle Neukölln Mit der Ring-Bahn verschiedne S-Bahnen und die U7 kommt man super überall hin. Und mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß kommt man bequem zum Maibachufer oder abends zu den Bars in der Weserstraße. Außerdem hat es ein Späti im Haus was sehr praktisch sein kann.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Ricksdorf in a smaller side street of the Karl Marx Allee about 100 meters from the stop Neukölln With the Ring-Bahn various S-Bahn and the U7 is great everywhere. Wir wohnen zu dritt Sönke ist gerade aus Barcelona wiedergekommen und macht jetzt gerade seinen Doktor hier in Berlin und Jonas arbeitet als Drehbuchautor. Meistens kochen wir zusammen was aber nicht zwingend ist es ergibt sich meistens so. Ansonsten wird gerne mal ein bierchen in der Küche getrunken oder noch ein Film auf Jonas Beamer geschaut.
We live in a threesome Sönke has just come back from Barcelona and is currently doing his doctorate here in Berlin and Jonas works as a scriptwriter. Mostly we cook together but this is not compulsory. It usually happens like that. Otherwise, a beer is often drunk in the kitchen or watching a movie on Jonas Beamer.
Schreibt mir einfach eine mail, wen ihr wollt könnt ihr auch gerne vorbeikommen um euch die Wohnung und das Zimmer anzuschauen. Ich würde mich freuen wen ihr in der Zeit meine Pflanzen gießen würdet, Rauchen ist in dem Zimmer nicht erlaubt jedoch in der Küche am Fenster.
