I am subletting a room in our cozy 2-room appartment for a bit longer than 2 weeks. The room is fully furnished, very cozy and bright and has a small balcony with plants.
The appartment is reconstructed and so in a very good state.
It has two rooms and is used as a WG.
The kitchen is bright and suitable as a common space to hang out.
The appartment is situated just around the corner from the Weigandufer. Also the Maybachufer is walking distance. In the surrounding there are many small bars and restaurants, parks, the canal and ping pong tables. It is a beautiful area to hang out.
For the publc transport, the S Bahn Sonnenallee as wella s the U Bahn Rathaus Neukölln are max 10 minutes walk. Different buses are in the immediate proximity. However, I will also make my bike available for you so you can cycle around, which is the nicest option.
I am leaving for a bit longer than two weeks and would like to sublet my room.
I live with my friend. We are two 30 years old girls. We both work in a non-profit sector.
In the night we prefer to sleep and so we are very respectable about not being loud at night etc.
During the day we work so we do not spent a lot of time at home.
We don t have any animals and we do not smoke.
We are very friendly and look forward to have a nice company in the evening if interested.
