ich vermiete Tage- / Wochen- / Monatsweise ab 3 Tagen bis maximal 1 Monat ( für Pendler*in und Nestmodel länger ) ein schönes sonniges Zimmer im Reuter-Kiez.
Im Moment bevorzuge ich das Zimmer Tages oder Wochenweise zu vermieten!
Ein bis Maximal 2 Personen können in dem Zimmer Übernachten ( 17qm, Altbau, Holzdielen, Industrie Look Küche, Bad mit Badewanne, hell, sonnig, ruhig, sehr sauber) unterkommen.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist in der Reuterstr., sehr schöne Lage, 3min zum Hermannplatz, Maybachufer, Wochenmarkt, Flohmarkt, Bars, Lebensmittelmärkte ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist voll Möbliert, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Super Verbindung ( U 8,7,1) zum HBF, Südkreuz, Alexanderplatz, alles zwischen 5-30min. erreichbar. Zum Flughafen BER 30-40 min..
Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Reinigung inklusive.

Kurz zu mir; Ich arbeite Teilzeit, bin ordentlich, Koche gerne, mag Kunst und generell kuturelles.
Zum Haushalt gehört eine Dackel-Mix-Hündin, sie ist genauso Menschenfreund wie ich, sehr sozial und umgänglich. Meine Wohnung soll vor allem als Ruhepol dienen darauf lege ich Wert / keine Party Leute.

I rent a day / week / monthly up to a maximum of 3 Days and maximal 1 month beautiful sunny room in Reuter-Kiez.
One person can stay in the room (17sqm, old building, wooden floorboards, cool kitchen, bathroom with shower, bright, sunny, quiet, very clean).
The location of the apartment is in Reuterstr., very nice location, 3 minutes to Hermannplatz, Maybachufer, weekly market, flea market, bars, food markets are all within walking distance. The room is fully furnished. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Super connection (U 8,7,1) to the main station, Südkreuz, Alexanderplatz, everything between 5-30 min. reachable. To the airport BER 30-40 min..
Short to me; I work part-time, I am neat, I like to cook, I like art and generally a cultural one.
The household owns a dachshund mix, she is as much a philanthropist as I am, very social and sociable.
