Hallo :)
Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß, möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Tisch, Stuhl) und sehr ruhig, da zum Hinterhof gelegen.
Es gehört zu einer 64qm Altbau-Wohnung mit Balkon in Neukölln in einer ruhigen Straße ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn Schönleinstr. und dem Maybachufer.
Du teilst Dir die Wohnung mit mir, einer Psychologin, die sehr gesellig ist, aber es zuhause eher ruhig mag. Du kannst natürlich trotzdem gerne Besuch empfangen und Dich frei fühlen :)
Vom 4. bis 9. September bin ich nicht da, Du hättest in diesem Zeitraum also die Wohnung für Dich alleine. Den Balkon kannst Du auch mitbenutzen, wenn ich da bin.

The room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, table,
chair,dresser) and belongs to a 64sqm flat in Neukölln, close to U-Bahn Schönleinstr and Maybachufer. It‘s very quiet.
You share the apartment with me, a psychologist who is very outgoing and loves people and at the same time
likes it rather quiet at home.
That doesn‘t mean that you can‘t have visitors and feel free :)
From the 4th to 9th of September I won‘t be in Berlin, so you‘d have the whole flat to yourself. You can use the balcony when I am there as well..
