we will have a free room in our WG as of 31 Dec 22 and we are searching for a roommate for 3 months (until 22.03.23).
The room is in a maisonette (duplex) apartment, 30m2 large (the total apartment has 130m2) and is fully furnished. We have a large bathroom with 2 sinks, 2 toilettes, and a 50m2 living room with open kitchen, an office and a balcony.
Only a few foot steps away are lots of cafes and bars, and there is a supermarket close by. The apartment is located in the beautiful Schillerkiez, which is a nice area to have breakfast or go out during the evening. Reuterkiez and Kreuz-Kölln are also just a 10min walk away, these areas are very lively and full of little shops, stores, restaurants and an active night live.
Getting around:
3min to Edeka
10min to Rewe
5 min to U Boddinstrasse
10 mins walking to Kreuzberg
We are professionals and friends. We like to have spontaneous dinners together, but also enjoy our individual lives. We are looking for a person that can stay for 3 months. It is not possible to have an Anmeldung during the 3 months.

The price includes gas, internet and electricity. It's a pricey apartment, you will get insight in our contracts and bills, we handle costs and bills transparently. The one-off payment is just a deposit, and you will get it back once you move out.
