Ich ziehe in den Süden und vermiete daher ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung unter. Ich behalte das kleinere Zimmer der Wohnung, für die wenigen Tage im Monat, die ich in Berlin sein werde, heißt es ist zwar theoretisch eine WG aber die meiste Zeit hast du die Wohnung fast ausschließlich für dich alleine. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (nach Absprache) und sehr schön mit Dielen, Stuck, kleinem Balkon und Bäumen direkt vorm Fenster. Ich suche jemand für 9 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung.. je nachdem wie lange ich im Süden bleibe.
Ich werde wie gesagt kaum da sein, aber da die Wohnung für die Tage an denen ich da bin schon eher klein ist, suche ich jemanden die idealerweise auch beruflich viel unterwegs ist und ruhig und wirklich sehr sauber und respektvoll ist. Für alles weitere schreibt mich gerne an! LG Sara

Dear all! I am subletting one room in my Neukölln apartment to one person (no couples etc.) as I am moving to the south. Most of the time you d be in the flat alone but when I come to Berlin - which is approximately one weekend per month -I ll be in the other smaller room of the flat in which I ll also keep my personal things. So I am looking for someone who is okay with that and who is quiet, really clean, responsible and respectful. The flat is fully furnished. I’ll be away for at least 8 months, maybe even longer and would let the room for as long as I am gone. If you’re interested feel free to drop me some lines about you :-)
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Weserstraße und ist ruhig mit Park, dem Kanal und tausenden Cafes direkt um die Ecke aber trotzdem ist man schnell im Neukölln Gewusel. Die nächste U Bahn ist Rathaus Neukölln.
