I have a light, partially furnished 18 sqm room for rent, with a window that looks outside to the garden. The renting period can eventually be extended to 6 months.
It is furnished with a desk, chairs, 2 mattresses, shelves and a clothes rail. If desired, it can also be furnished with a proper single bed.
We are looking for a male flatmate who starts his day in the morning with a regular scedule and income.
You live with 2 germans: me Ines (a psychologist) and my roommate Sebastian (engineer). We live in shared flat because we prefer community to living alone. We are both communicative, tolerant and cosmopolitan. I am a vegetarian and Sebastian never prepers meat in the kitchen, but you don't have to be vegeterian. We care about the environment and take care about saving ressources (water, gas, electricity, plastic, separating garbage). We like it clean, but don't exagerate it.
The kitchen is the common room of the flat and is very well equipped. Sometimes it can be a bit caotically, like us, as well.
