I'm subletting my room for 26 days in August (from 1 to the 26 of August), for moving in date , it can be negociable like from the 29 or 30th of July but unfortunately the moving out date is barely flexible as I have to come back and do the last arrangements with my roomies.
The room is located in a big flat in Schillerkiez, if you are not familiar with the area it's in Neukolln 5 minutes per feet from Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide (2 big and nice parks), nice bars and restaurants around the corners, a market every saturday and super well connected to everything else (Kreuzberg in 8 minutes with ubahn, friedrischain in 15 minutes etc). You'll really enjoy the aera if I was not going on vacation I would spent this summer in my Kiez again.
About the flat/ room, it is located on the groundfloor but the room faces the inner yard so it is pretty quiet.
You'll share the kitchen, toilet and bathroom (wait until you see the bathroom, bathtub + shower).
The room is big (I would say super big but then depends on what you expect) and furnished. You'll live with 2 other people (ANOTHER ROOM IS AVAILABLE IN THE APPARTMENT).
I'm asking for a rent of 400 euros, it's proportional to what I usually pay minus the days off end of August so I don't make extra money on it of whatever. I'm asking also for a deposit of 100 euros that I give back right after the move out.
For visits, it will start next week, please write a little someting about yourself with your avaibility from monday to rest of the week and we will organise a meeting.

Our appartment is located in Neukolln Schiller Kiez.
There is a lot to do around:
-5 minutes by foot to the Tempelhofer Feld and 7 min from the Hasenheide
-many bars, snacks in the area
-spaetis around
The U-Bahn station U8 is also 3 to 4 minutes away from the house which is very convenient.
We are three in the appartment : Nils, Ghita and me (Gaëlle).
Obiously I wont be there by the time you're moving in so it will be you, Nils and Ghita.
You'll be 2 in the flat at the begining and Nils will come back mid-september.
We are a chill WG, communicating a lot between each other and respecting privacy of others at the same time.
What matters to us is that you are not:
homophobic, transphobe because it is a dealbreaker: queer are welcome
racist because : it's a no go
sexist : don't you dare!
macronist: Ew!: how could you?
In adition to that if you care about things and will not mess the whole flat and my room,
if you will water my plants

Some precision here:
-Of course because it's for a short terme the anmeldung won't be possible but you can still put your name on the mailbox.
-Then we can do a subletting contract if you care.
-I'm asking a deposit of 150 euros eventhough it is for a short amount of time because
we had a experiences in the flat because of that so it's not that I don't trust you it's just that I prefer to be secure.
But I'm ginving in back the caution as soon as you move out and that I checked the room with you.
-drop a message if you're interested. I'm working on my thesis at the moment due dtae 25 so until then I'll have short time for the visits but we can do :)
