The flat is located extremely central & just 8' form U7 Rathaus Neukolln in one of the hottest Neukolln streets: Weserstrasse/ Wildenbruchstrasse.
There are many restaurants, bars and cafes around.
All kind of groceries like Arcaden Mall, Bio Company, Turkish Market, Lidl, DM are 5-10' walking distnce.

You will live with my dear flatmate Chiara (28 yo Italian professional) our four lovely cats and several beautiful plants.
We are a vegetarian household and we are looking for a conscious female to share our new nest for the upcoming months.
We are into yoga & meditation, we share many beautiful moments and we respect each other's privacy.
This is definitely not a party house even we sometimes organize dinners etc.
We sometimes smoke in the kitchen (with open window!) & we try to live as conscious as possible.

If you are interested we will make a video call, you will see the apartment and if we feel that we vibe we will meet us in person in the apartment. All the money exchange (rent & deposit) will be made via bank transfer.
