I am leaving Berlin on the 12th so the room is available for 18 days until the end of the month.
The place has all the basic things you might need. Also good wifi and a desk for work. There is also a small wardrobe in the room.
The location is pretty great. Just 2 minute walk to the Hermannplatz u-bahn
Important note regarding payment terms: I am leaving Berlin on the 12th so I won't be able to find another tenant if you change your mind. So if you like the place, I would request you to make an advance payment before moving in. I have only a single key which you will get on the 12th morning after I move out. I know this is not an ideal situation but unfortunately, I don't have much choice either.
You are welcome to come over to see the place or have a call to chat with me.
Since I am moving out, your flatmate would be Marié. She is French and currently studying to be a tattoo artist. She speaks both English and French. She is a very respectful and social person.
