Habitación

Hello everyone,

Thanks for applying :)

I’m subletting my lovely room in Neukölln just next to Weserstr. and Sonnenallee. It’s a 5 minute walk from Rathaus Neukölln U-bahn.

You’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with my roommate she is a student at Charité. She loves the outdoors and is super friendly.

We like to keep things relaxed but cleanliness is important as well as a nice atmosphere so no parties, especially since she has long semesters and lots of work.

You’ll have access to bedding and towels if you need them, I’ll clear space also for you so you can hang your clothes and make the room feel yours for the month. I’ll leave my books and plants (with the last especially it would be great to have your help to water them).

Please reply to the ad with a little information about yourself main points that would be great to know are your age, what brings you to Berlin, how you spend your time at home and out etc. I know applying for flats in Berlin is a nightmare so I’ll do my best to let you know either way if you got it or not and I wish you the best of luck (especially if you’re looking for something long term).

We would prefer a woman, LGBTQIA and BIPOC also very welcome to apply :)

The dates are flexible so do let me know what works for you.
