ich vermiete kurzfristig ab dem 24.1.24 - 20.2.24 (Daten etwas flexibel) mein wunderschönes, großes Zimmer in bester Lage in Neukölln.
Du wohnst mit 5 super lieben Menschen zusammen. Die Wohnung geht zum grünen Hinterhof raus, deshalb ist es trotz zentraler Lage total ruhig und idyllisch. Wir haben viel Platz, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Bühne, eine sehr gemütliche Küche und 2 Bäder.
Die anderen Mitbewohnis sind großartig, einige spielen Theater, andere befinden sich in Logopädie Ausbildung, machen Musik, arbeiten im sozialen Bereich oder als Yoga Lehrer.
Wir leben sehr familiär und es ist allen wichtig, aufeinander zu achten und alles sauber und gemütlich zu halten.
Ich freue mich auf eure Nachrichten!

I am renting out my beautiful, large room in a great location in Neukölln from 22.2.24 - 20.3.24 (dates somewhat flexible).
You live together with 5 super lovely people. The apartment faces the green backyard, so it is totally quiet and idyllic despite the central location. We have lots of space, a large living room with a stage, a very cozy kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
The other flatmates are great, some play theater, others are in speech therapy training, make music, work in the social sector or as yoga teachers.
We live in a very family-like atmosphere and it is important for everyone to take care of each other and keep everything clean and cozy.

Super zentrale Lage, 3 Minuten zum Bus, 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn Rathaus Neukölln, 10 Minuten zum Hermannplatz, 10 Minuten zur S-Bahn Station Sonnenallee.
Das WG Leben ist kuschelig und schön. Im Winter besonders. Manchmal kochen wir zusammen. Es ist ordentlich bei uns, du solltest ein bisschen Lust auf Sauberkeit haben :)
