offer my cozy room for interim rent / overnight stay.
The room is furnished. Seating, very comfortable bed and an open closet (see last photo). The room is to the backyard and therefore very quiet. Bathroom and kitchen for common use.
I rent the room only temporarily. Because I’m traveling.If desired by the day - we must find a separate agreement here.
About my roommate: My roommate, he is a very nice friendly and lovable person. We have a very harmonious shared flat life. We would like to get to know you personally if you are interested in renting my room

biete mein gemütliches Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete/Übernachtung an.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Couch, sehr gemütliches Bett und ein offener Schrank (siehe letztes Foto). Das Zimmer ist zum Hinterhof und daher sehr ruhig. Bad und Küche zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer temporär.
Mein Mitbewohner, er ist eine sehr nette freundliche und liebenswerte Person. Wir haben ein sehr harmonischen WG Leben. Gerne möchten wir Dich persönlich kennenlernen, wenn Du Interesse hast, mein Zimmer zu mieten.

4th floor without elevator, bus in one minute ( 171 oder M41 - U Bahn Herrmannplatz). S Bahn Sonnenallee in 10 min. shopping stores of daily needs nearby and restaurants.
