I am subletting the bigger room in my spacious 2-room apartment near S+U Hermannstr. between 1 February - 14 March 2024. The room is 30 sqm with an attached balcony. Anmeldung isn't possible. The dates are flexible.

The apartment is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, couch, cupboard, kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, and wifi internet. I also have a robot vaccum+mop and hence it cleans the apartment automatically without any manual effort. You have everything you need to move in with your suitcase.
You also have a North facing balcony which has sunlight during the day (whenever the sun gods are happy). The apartment is newly renovated and hence its quite warm even without turning on the heating.
The apartment is on the ring-bahn. It's 4 minute walk from S+U Neukölln with U8 and multiple S Bahns running. It's easy to reach anywhere in the city quickly.
There is a Lidl right next door and REWE 4 minute walk away. There are a lot of restaurants and döner shops in the street open till late in the night.
The balcony faces a small church and a park which makes it very beautiful, green, peaceful, and calm.
It's a new WG and I am trying to sublet both the rooms. I will consider the needs of the person who rents the room first and find the other tenant who is compatible. The rooms are very separate and the doors are well isolated. Hence, you can enjoy peace and calm in your own room. The kitchen is big with a kitchen table ideal for hanging out and eating together if you prefer that.
The internet is 200mbps- very fast and reliable if you need to work from home. I have a huge work table with a monitor.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The kitchen is huge and has a big table with 3 chairs where you can enjoy your meal. I also have a nice electric guitar if you like playing music.
The apartment is recently renovated and is very well isolated- hence its very warm even on the coldest of days.
No pets allowed.
