Diese große Wohnung befindet sich im 2. und 3. OG (mit Treppe in der Wohnung). Unten befindet sich dein Zimmer, die offene Küche/Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und das Bad. Dein Zimmer ist ca. 8qm mit einem Hochbett und ein Fenster was zur ruhigen Seite schaut. Dein Zimmer ist möbliert und war das Kinderzimmer von den vorherigen Mietern. Es kann (aber muss nicht) frei umgestaltet werden.
Oben sind die anderen beiden WG Zimmern von Ashish und Rabea. Da ist auch ein zweites halb-Bad mit Waschmaschine und Platz zum Wäsche aufhängen.
Die Dachterrasse kann auch gerne mitbenutzt werden!

This large apartment is on the second and third floor (with stairs inside the apartment).
Downstairs is your room, the open kitchen/living room with balcony, and the bathroom. Your room is approx. 8sqm with a bunk bed and and window that faces out to the quiet side. Your room is furnished and was the kid's room of the previous people who lived here. You can feel free to make any changes you like and we are happy to help.
Upstairs are the other two rooms of Ashish and Rabea. There is also a second bathroom with a washing machine and enough space to hang clothes up to dry.
One floor up is the rooftop terrace that you are also welcome to use!

Tram Linie M1 Station Kuckhoffstraße ist direkt vor der Haustür. Es dauert ca 10 Minuten zur S+U Pankow mit Tram oder Fahrrad.
Die Wohnung ist direkt neben Brosepark und ein paar Minuten weiter ist der große Schlosspark Pankow. Rewe, Penny, Denny's Biomarkt und Rossmann sind auch 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Eine kurze Busfahrt entfernt ist der botanische Volkspark wo du Rehe füttern kannst und es Blumen und Obst zu pflücken gibt.

The tram line M1 Kuckhoffstraße is right in front of the door. It takes about 10 minutes to the S + U station Pankow with Tram or by bike.
The apartment is right next to Brosepark and a couple minutes further is Schlosspark Pankow. Rewe, Penny, Denn's Biomarkt, and Rossmann are also 10 minutes away by foot.
A short bus ride will get you to botanischer Volkspark, where you can feed the deer and pick fruits and flowers.

Wir sind Ashish und Rabea, beide 28 Jahre alt.
Ashish kommt aus Indien und hat sein Master in Jena gemacht. Jetzt arbeitet er als Ingenieur bei Siemens. Er kocht viel, organisiert gerne Wanderausflüge, und rockt Karaoke. Unter der Woche braucht er eher seine Ruhe, ist aber immer für ein nettes Gespräch in der Küche zu haben.
Rabea kommt aus den USA und hat in Lübeck studiert. Seit einem Jahr ist sie nun in Berlin und arbeitet aktuell als ärztliche Redakteurin. Sie arbeitet 1-2 Tage der Woche von zuhause aus und findet es richtig schön in Pankow zu wohnen. Es ist grün und ruhig aber trotzdem nicht zu weit weg von allem. Sie geht gerne in Cafés und schreibt, ist immer für einen Spaziergang mit/ohne Bierchen zu haben und freut sich neue Leute kennenzulernen.

We are Ashish and Rabea, both 28 years old.
Ashish is from India and did his master's in Jena. Now he works as an engineer at Siemens. He cooks a lot, likes to organize hiking excursions, and rocks karaoke. He alternates early or late shifts each week and likes to recharge at home on weekdays. He's always ready for a nice conversation in the kitchen.
Rabea grew up in the US and studied in Lübeck. She has lived in Berlin for one year and currently works as a medical writer. She does about two home office days a week and really like living in Pankow. It's calm and green but not too far away from everything. She enjoys going to Cafés to write and is always ready for a walk with/without a Späti beer and is always happy to meet new people.
