Bei uns werden ab April 2 Zimmer frei, die entweder durch eine Person oder durch 2 Personen bezogen werden können (Preis je Zimmer 565 EUR oder beide für 1.130 EUR, Nebenkosten, Strom & Internet ist inkludiert). Die beiden Räume eignen sich insbesondere für eine Person deswegen, da es eine Verbindungstür gibt. Falls zwei Leute einziehen könnte man die Tür dann verschließen, da beide Zimmer auch vom Flur zugänglich sind.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ein typischer Berliner Altbau mit Dielenboden, hohen Decken und Stuck. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.
Wir haben hier lange Zeit zu dritt gewohnt, zuletzt dann nur noch zu zweit. Es sind also beide Varianten möglich. Falls du also einen Freund/Freundin hast, der/die ebenfalls ein Zimmer sucht wäre das genauso möglich wie die Anmietung durch eine Person.
Die Vermietung der Zimmer ist befristet, da wir noch nicht wissen, ob sich unsere berufliche Situation und damit die Wohnsituation verändern wird. Falls Ihr die Wohnung für einen kürzeren Zeitraum beziehen wollen würdet, wäre das auch möglich. Mindestens sollten es aber 6 Monate sein.

We have 2 rooms available from April, which can be rented either by one person or by 2 people (price per room 565 or both for 1.130 EUR electricity, Internet etc. is included). The two rooms are particularly suitable for one person as there is a connecting door. If two people move in, the door could be locked.
The apartment itself is a typical Berlin old building with floorboards, high ceilings and stucco. The apartment is located on the first floor.
We use to live here with 3 people, Latest was just two of us. So both options are possible. So if you have a friend who is also looking for a room, that would be just as possible as renting for one person.
The rental of the rooms is limited in time, as we do not yet know whether our professional situation and therefore our living situation will change. If you would like to move into the apartment for a shorter period of time, that would also be possible. However, it should be at least 6 months.
Gleich um die Ecke habt ihr Anbindung an U-Bahn (Vinetastr., U2), Bus und Straßenbahn (M1). Sämtliche Supermärkte sind keine 2 Minuten entfernt und ihr habt 24 Std. Spätis unmittelbar in eurer Umgebung.
In der Nähe befindet sich die Schönhauser Allee wo Bars, Restaurants, Cafés und Clubs nicht weit entfernt sind. Auch der Mauerpark befindet sich nur 2 U-Bahnstationen entfernt. 20 Minuten bis zur Warschauer Str. und ebenfalls 20 Min bis zum Kottbusser Tor.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße sodass man nachts auch ruhig schlafen kann..
Everything u need is just around the corner. 2 min to public transport (Train,bus,tram). There are Supermarkets and coffee shops around the corner as well. And its close to Schönhauser Allee, where all the coffees, bars, restaurants and clubs are. You are close to Mauerpark, 20 min to Warschauer Straße and 20 Minutes to Kreuzberg as well!
Wir (Meike & Patrick) sind ein Paar und pendeln aktuell beruflich bedingt viel durch Deutschland. Wir sind daher sehr unregelmäßig in der Wohnung, weshalb wir auch nur ein Zimmer in der 3 Raum Wohnung nutzen. Generell sind wir sehr gechillt und unternehmen viel.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir einen guten Umgang miteinander haben und uns nicht ignorieren. Ein freundschaftlicher Umgang ist uns daher sehr wichtig. Wir haben auch eine sehr gute Hausgemeinschaft. Besonders wichtig ist uns Sauberkeit ;-)
Die Bewohner im Haus kennen sich und wir sind teilweise auch sehr gut befreundet. Im Innenhof haben wir bereits das ein oder andere mal zusammen gegrillt.

We (Meike & Patrick) are a couple and currently travel a lot through Germany for work reasons. Therefore we are very irregular in the apartment, which is why we only use one room in the 3-room apartment. In general, we are very chilled and like to do any kind of activity.
It's important to us that we get on well with each other and don't ignore each other. Friendly interaction is very important to us. We also have a very good house community. Cleanliness is particularly important to us ;-)
