Hey everyone,
we're looking for a new long-term flatmate as of 15.03.24 (flexible date +/- 2 weeks). The apartment is located conveniently for public transportation into the city center as two S-Bahn lines (S2 & S8) are just a 3 minute walk away.
The room has its own balcony and is currently furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and armchair (some of what's on the pictures).
Moreover, the area is rather quiet and has nice parks and a lot of green nearby - joggers welcome!
Also there is an inexpensive supermarket right around the corner 'Netto' 7-22 Mo-Sa :-)

Hallo zusammen,
zum 15.03.24 (flexibel +/- Wochen) wird ein gepflegtes und ruhiges Zimmer in sehr guter Nahverkehrslage und mit eigenem Balkon frei. Einige der Möbel können wie auf dem Foto gerne genutzt werden, hätten aber auch Platz im Keller, insofern du selbst welche mitbringen möchtest. Ansonsten sind Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Ofen und Mikrowelle vorhanden.
Das Zimmer soll für mindestens ein halbes Jahr oder besser auch noch länger vermietet werden!
Falls dich das anspricht, würde ich mich sehr freuen von dir zu hören. Wenn du dich meldest, gib bitte gleich eine Telefonnummer/ WhatsApp mit an, damit wir alles Weitere gegebenenfalls zügig individuell besprechen können.

Die Wohnung liegt am S-Bahnhof Pankow-Heinersdorf (S2 & S8) bzw. neben der Tramhaltestelle Würtzstr. der Linie 50. Auf dem dreiminütigen Weg zur S-Bahn liegt ein Netto (Öffnungszeiten 7:00 - 22:00 Mo-Sa). Die Gegend ist schön grün und bietet durch nahegelegene Parks auch viele Möglichkeiten für Sport und Erholung vom üblichen Stress in Berlin.
Die Dreizimmer WG wird momentan von zwei Berufstätigen bewohnt. In der Wohnung wird besonders auf Rücksicht bei der Lautstärke im eigenen Zimmer aber auch in den Gemeinschaftsräumen geachtet. Trotzdem gibt es in der Küche natürlich eine gemütliche Ecke zum quatschen :-) Weiterhin ist Sauberkeit und regelmäßige Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume wichtig!
Hinweise zu Fahrtwegen, du brauchst ca.
- 10 min zur Schönhauser Allee
- 15 min zum S-Bahnhof Friedrichstr. (Humboldt Uni, Charité & Kultur oder Shopping :-)
- 20 min zum Ostkreuz
- 25 min zum Potsdamer Platz
- 25 min zur Beuth Hochschule (Tram 50 von Würtzstr. > U-Bahnhof Seestr.)
- 30 min mit einmaligem Umsteigen zur TU
- 30 min zum Virchow Krankenhaus mit der Tram 50
