Die Möbel wird sie nicht mitbringen und gerne verkaufen, und zwar ein Schreibtisch, Bett (1,60x2,0 m) und Kleiderschrank. Die Küche, Bad und lWohnzimmer sind vollständig eingerichtet.

Hey There, one of our roomate is moving out after a nice time in Berlin. We're looking someone to take over. She doesn't want to take her furniture and would like to sell it to the next roomate, that includes a table, a bed (1,60x2,0 m) and a closet. The rest of the apartment, kitchen, living room and bathroom, is fully furnished.

Masurenstr: M1, 50, 2 min laufen
Vinetastraße: U2, 5 min laufen
Pankow Station: U2, S2, S8, S9, M1, 50, Bus 155, 5 min laufen.
15 min zum Alexanderplatz mit U-bahn oder Fahrrad.
In Laufnähe gibt es Lidl, Penny und Edeka und in Rathaus-Center findet man Rewe auch (5 min mit Fahrrad oder 10 mit Straßebahn).

Wir sind komunikativ und treffen uns gerne im Wohnzimmer und Küche auf ein Glas Wein/Bier. Abends nach der Arbeit oder am Wochenende, jeder wie er mag oder Zeit hat. Wir verständigen uns immer auf Deutsch, aber sind offen für andere Sprachen.
