The apartment is in front building, 4th floor, center apartment which has 6 windows facing the south. It is pretty bright in general (you'll see!). There are two spacious rooms (25 m2 and 22 m2) at two ends of the apartment which separated by thick walls and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment ceiling height is 3,2 m and there is also 4,5 m basement room available.

The apartment is located on Thulestraße at the border of Prenzlauerberg and Pankow, which is near the junction "Schönhauser Allee/Bornholmserstrasse".

[ABOUT ME]
Hello everybody! My name is Yo. I've been living in Berlin for about 6 years now. I studied Graphic Design at UdK and moved to Brussels for half a year right after I graduated (2020) to work as an intern. After that I moved to Munich (2021) to work as a graphic designer and now moving back to Berlin (2022) to continue working from here.
To be honest, I feel like my 'party days' are over. I don't feel sooo thrilled about clubbing anymore. But don't get me wrong, I still do it once a month or something and I really do enjoy dancing! It's just that, those things are 'not' a must for me anymore. I check out exhibitions regularly and looove going to concerts, especially for small indie bands.
Apart from that, I'm pretty active person. I do HIIT 2-3 times a week. I also play tennis, badminton, squash, basically anything with a bat. But lately I've been thinking about pilates and taking swimming class for adult. lol
I cook a lot, but don't worry, I always clean up after my mess and expect you to do the same. :P We usually have cleaning schedule every 2 weeks, which I think that's enough? :X And we don't really have "WG budget" or anything. So we can just buy whatever we think necessary when we see that those things are ran out. For example, toilet rolls, kitchen paper, dish soap, etc.
Since I'm gonna be working from home, I'd prefer to live with someone who's quiet and respectful. Someone who's young professional and maybe start working already, so we at least share similar rhythm and understanding. Even though I spend a lot of time in my room, I wouldn't mind hanging out inside/outside the apartment either. I just need to get up and move from time to time because back pain is real.
There is a few families living in the building so it's important that you won't bring party at home and disturb the neighbours.
