A room is currently available in a 3-person WG for an unlimited time duration. The entire apartment was renovated in 2021, and has a completely new state-of-the-art kitchen (Siemens stove + oven, Samsung fridge, and microwave) with high energy class. The flat is heated with gas and regulated with smart electrical thermostat. The apartment itself yields a lot of storage potential (a lengthy Kammer), with an additional opportunity to store things in the cellar and under the bed. The bathroom is incredibly spacious, with a tub, washing machine and additional furniture.
The room itself contains a bed, one large wardrobe, a dining table, 4 chairs, window blinds, sofa, and coffee table. The room is spacious, very quiet and bright (2 large windows and an opening from the ceiling).
The room is available for one person only. New Anmeldung/registration is possible, contract will be issued.
The building is located in a residential area of Pankow, only a 2-minute walk from the S Wollankstrasse (Lines S1, S25, and S26), 2 minutes from the Bus Lines M27 and 255, and only a 5-minute bus drive to S+U Pankow.
The street itself is quiet and you
cannot hear much from the 4th floor (which is right underneath the roof).
Denn's biomarkt is right around the corner, a 1-minute walk
Rewe is a 5 minute walk
Restaurants and Spätis around at walking distance
Your flatmate as of yet will be Amar, a lovely guy who has a great command of English. Amar is a very respectful and clean person, so only expects the same in return :)
Another flatmate in the remaining room is to be expected.

To keep things friendly and collegial, you would be expected to:
- keep things clean and tidy in the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, Kammer, cellar)
- be a non-smoker
