Für langfristige Mitbewohner:
Ich habe mal Biologie studiert, bin Musiker, interessiere mich für fast alles, außer Sport.
Sämtliche -ismen verderben mir die Laune, ebenso wie zu große Egos.
Für gemeinsame Unternehmungen bin ich immer zu haben, falls sich die Interessen ähneln. Ab und zu mal das Essen teilen, Smalltalk, Deep Talk und sich auch in Ruhe lassen.
Nur nebeneinander her zu wohnen, fände ich aber doof.
Hund, Katze, Maus dürfen gerne mit einziehen.
Gras, Koks und LSD müssen draußen bleiben. Dafür gibt es Gründe und das ist absolut nicht verhandelbar.
Ich bin berufstätig, studiere und brauche Struktur. Deshalb sollten in der Regel ab Mitternacht keine Partys mehr stattfinden. Ausnahmen sind natürlich immer möglich.
Bitte auch keinen Dauergast über Wochen einquartieren!
