Ich vermiete ein helles Zimmer in einer schönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist renoviert und verfügt über Dielen. Das Zimmer ist zudem hochwertig möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Teppich, Couchtisch, Decken- und Stehlampe, Rollo). Im Übrigen kannst Du das Zimmer ganz nach Deinen Wünschen gestalten.
Die Wohnung ist mit einer großen und modernen Einbauküche sowie einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Das Bad wurde im letzten Jahr vollständig saniert. Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Ofen, sämtliche Küchenutensilien, Bettwäsche sowie ein Staubsauger sind vorhanden und können von Dir genutzt werden.
Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein größerer Gemeinschaftsgarten. Dort kannst Du Dein Fahrrad anschließen.

I'm renting a beautiful and light room. The flat is recently renovated. Your room is furnished with bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, couch, carpet, small table, lamp. The modern kitchen is equipped with washing maschine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and all necessary dishes. The backyard is green and quite and can be used to store your bike.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Ringbahnstation S+U Bhf. Schönhauser Alle (S41/S42/S8/S85, U2, Tram 12) am Humannplatz. Ein Netto ist nur 20 m entfernt. Bis zu Rewe sind es nur 125 m.
In der Umgebung liegt das beliebte Helmholtzkiez mit seinen vielen Bars und Restaurants.
Es handelt sich um eine sichere Nachbarschaft.

The flat is close to public transport and grocery shops are nearby. The neighbourhood is popular and safe.
Ich wohne selbst nicht in der Wohnung.
Die beiden anderen Zimmer werden durch zwei Studentinnen (Humanmedizin und Wirtschaft) bewohnt. Beide sind sehr umgänglich.
Internet, Heizung, Strom, Wasser und Rundfunkgebühren sind bereits im Preis enthalten.
Der angegebene Preis wird nicht überschritten. Es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an (ALL INCLUSIVE!!!).
