vor der Station der Eberswalder Strasse. Super Schallisolation (4fach verglast). Das Zimmer ist NICHT möbliert, Rest der Wohnung möbliert (du musst also nur Möbel für dein eigenes Zimmer mitbringen).
Wir haben zudem ein kleines Kellerabteil wo du auch Sachen abstellen kannst. Das Zimmer ist angenehm warm bzw. sehr gut isoliert im Winter. Im Sommer ist es auch angenehm, weil das Zimmer nicht direkt unter dem Dach liegt (unser Wohnzimmer liegt ein Stockwerk darüber).

The apartment is directly in front of the Eberswalder Straße station. Excellent sound insulation (quadruple glazed). The room is NOT furnished; the rest of the apartment is furnished (so you just need to bring furniture for your own room).
We also have a small cellar compartment where you can store things. The room is comfortably warm or very well insulated in winter. In summer, it's also pleasant because the room is not directly under the roof (our living room is one floor above).
