Room is in a 105m2 3-room apartment which is fully furnished. The apartment has a large living room with attached balcony and the kitchen is right next door. Apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, TV, coffee maker and all kinds of kitchen appliances.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ruhig gelegen im Skandinavischen Viertel im Prenzlauer Berg (demnächst als 'Kiezblock' verkehrsberuhigte Zone). Cafés, Restaurants und der Mauerpark sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die nächstgelegene Bahnstation (S-Bahn) ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Vor dem Haus gibt es viele Auto Parkplätze (gebührenpflichtig, Anwohnerparken), Parkmöglichkeiten außerhalb der Parkzone sind in ca. 10 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Fahrräder können im Hinterhof abgestellt werden. Lidl ist direkt vor der Haustür.

The apartment itself is quietly located in the Scandinavian Quarter in Prenzlauer Berg (soon to be a 'Kiezblock' traffic-calmed zone). Cafés, restaurants and the Mauerpark are within walking distance. The nearest train station (S-Bahn) is about 3 minutes away. In front of the house there are many car parking spaces (chargeable, residents' parking), parking outside the parking zone can be reached in about 10 min on foot. Bicycles can be parked in the backyard. Lidl is right outside the front door.
Ich bin jetzt schon seit 12 Jahren in Berlin und wohne in dieser Wohnung jetzt schon seit ca. 3 Jahren und wegen einer Trennung ist ein Zimmer jetzt zu vermieten. Ich arbeite als Wissenschaftler an der TU, arbeite ab und zu jedoch auch von zu Hause. Ich mache viel Sport (Surfen, Kitesurfen, Hockey, Padel, etc.), koche gerne und lade öfters mal Leute ein zum Abendessen.

I live in the apartment now for about 3 years and because of a separation is a room now for rent. I work as a scientist at the TU, but I also work from home from time to time. I do a lot of sports and like to invite people for dinner from time to time.
