I am looking for a cute person to rent this room in our flat!
Since my other roomate is also subrenting her room but coming back in March, there might be a possibility to extend the contract to December 2024 if we all get along well! Anmeldung maybe possible from february!
It is located close to Schönhauser Allee (Ring/ S8 & U2) and 10 min from Mauerpark.
I would prefer someone quiet that is not doing music in their room. Our neighbors have children and are sensitive so there cannot be parties but we do have people for dinner over sometimes. We just cant be too loud. So no party people please:)
We are both creatives, love fresh flowers in the kitchen and a tidy living space. We are welcome to ideas for making the space cozy since its still a work in progress.
