Room
The room is unfurnished* with two large west facing windows which floods the room with light especially now in the summer. The room overlooks the Schönhauser Allee / Danziger Straße / Eberswalder Straße intersection. The street below is entertaining but loud so the room would suit someone who is not noise sensitive. Also it's important to mention that the room itself is separate to the rest of the flat, so you must enter through the front door to access kitchen/bathroom/housemates :)
There is also a possibility to remain in the house for longterm as main tenant, but this is not confirmed yet.
*you may purchase the bed frame for €130 from leaving tenant

Location
The flat is in an Altbau on bustling Schönhauser Allee, across from Eberswalde Straße station. It was renovated in 2018 so all the historic features - wooden floors, ceiling rose, bay window - are in top condition. The kitchen is large and new with heaps of storage, dishwasher and a great oven for all your baking desires. The toilet is seperate from the bathroom, which has a nice big tub.

Flatshare Type
You’ll be living with the cute duo - Juliette and Robbi :). We are two 26/27 year olds who like to live communally. We’re very tidy and have a chore roster to keep the place comfortable and cared for. We’re not a party WG but like to have friends over every now and then.
Juliette (27, she/her) works in Berlin, in research and sustainability. She is a curious and communicative person, and will be happy to share a meal or to chat with her flatmates, about small or big joys. In her free time she enjoys meeting her friends, culture and small pleasures of life (eating being a big part of it hihi)
Robbi (26 he/they) is a queer translator from Ireland and is still pretty new in town. He loves to dance, listen to music and read. He's gentle, helpful & enjoys having a giggle in the kitchen. Now that the weather is nice you can typically catch him in Mauer Park, going for swims or thrift shopping closeby. He's currently learning German & will most likely be very interested in your culture.
