tolles Zimmer 10 Minuten von der Ausgehmeile Simon-Dach-Str und Eberswalder Str./Mauerpark zur unbefristeten Untermiete zu vergeben.
Ich bin der Vermieter, aber wohne nicht mehr hier.
Mein Mitbewohner Angel ist viel am arbeiten und daher viel unterwegs, aber wenn er Zuhause ist ist er sehr nett, gesellig und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung und das Zimmer ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Einbauküche, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler,Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist voll-möbliert mit TV, Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Schränken ect. wie in den Bildern ersichtlich d.h. es müsste nur eingezogen werden.
Der beliebte Volkspark Friedrichshain ist 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, der Mauerparkt in Prenzlauer Berg 10 Min mit der Tram.
Die Gesamtmiete beläuft sich insgesamt auf 390 Euro inclusiver aller Kosten.
Einzige Sache die man beachten muss ist dass der Name an der Klingel und Haustür nicht verändert werden darf. Es darf nur der Name von mir darauf sein. Sie können aber gerne ihre Post mit Co an meine Adresse weiterleiten lassen.

Great room 10 minutes from the going-out mile Simon-Dach-Str and Eberswalder Str./Mauerpark for permanent sublease.
I am the landlord, but do not live here anymore.
My roommate Angel is working a lot and therefore traveling a lot, but when he is at home he is very nice, sociable and helpful.
The apartment and the room are in very good condition. Fitted kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine are available.
The room is fully furnished with TV, bed, table, chair, closets ect. as can be seen in the pictures i.e. it would just have to move in.
The popular Volkspark Friedrichshain is 5 minutes away on foot, the Mauerpark in Prenzlauer Berg 10 minutes by tram.
The total rent is 390 euros including all costs.
The only thing you have to consider is that the name on the bell and front door must not be changed. It can only be my name on it. However, you are welcome to have your mail forwarded to my address with Co.
