Wir haben in der Zeit vom 09.10.2023 bis 31.10.2023 ein wunderschönes Zimmer frei was von einem/einer Mitbewohner/in oder auch einem Pärchen mit Leben gefüllt werden soll.
Das Zimmer ist groß und bietet den ganzen Tag über viel Licht. Als Möbel gibt es einen gemütlichen Sessel, eine Kommode, ein 160 x 200 Bett mit gutem Lattenrost und hochwertiger Matratze, einige Pflanzen und den Schreibtisch. Der Schreibtisch ist sogar höhenverstellbar. Dein Kleiderschrank befindet sich im Flur. Es gibt auch eine Flügeltür zum Wohnzimmer, welche je nach Deiner Lust und Laune offen oder zu sein kann.
Auf den Bildern kannst Du Dir einen guten Eindruck vom Zimmer machen, genauso wie vom Rest der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist eine klassische berliner Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken, geölten Dielen, viel Licht und Platz. Sie ist erst vor kurzem renoviert worden und wertig ausgestattet.
Unsere grüne Küche mit Gasherd mit super Elektrobackofen, Miele Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle und auch einer guten Espresso-Maschine und und Mühle bietet alle Vorraussetzungen um kulinarische Köstlichkeiten zu zaubern.
Wir haben ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und einem Miele-Waschtrockner. Der Flur ist groß und geräumig und bietet dank des riesigen Schrankes in der Ecke -der, in welchem auch Dein Kleiderschrank ist- viel Stauraum.
An unser gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, welches momentan auch manchmal Homeoffice ist, schließt sich der Balkon an.
Als Krönung haben wir sogar Zugang zum Dach! Dies hat uns schon, wie Du auf den Bilder sehen kannst, so einige schöne Sonnenuntergänge und Nächte beschert…
Hello to everyone,
we have a beautiful room which should be filled with life by a roommate, in the period from 09.10.2023 to 31.10.2023.
The room is spacious and offers plenty of light throughout the day. It is furnished with tho following: a comfortable armchair, a drawer, a 160 x 200 bed with slatted frame and a mattress in good condition, some plants and the height adjustable desk. Your closet is located in the hallway. There is also a French door to the living room, which can be open or closed depending on your mood.
On the pictures you can get a good impression of the room, as well as the rest of the apartment.
The apartment is a classic "Berliner Altbau" with high ceilings, oiled floorboards, lots of light and space. It has been recently renovated and is equipped top quality.
Our green kitchen with gas stove with electric oven, Miele dishwasher, microwave and also a good espresso machine and grinder offers all the prerequisites to create culinary delights.
We have a daylight bathroom with bathtub and a Miele washer-dryer. The hallway is large and spacious and offers plenty of storage space thanks to the huge closet in the cupboard, which is also includes your closet.
Our shared living room, which is currently also sometimes "home office", is adjoined by the balcony.
To top it off, we even have access to the roof! This has already given us, as you can see in the pictures, so some beautiful sunsets and nights...
Die Wohnung hat eine ziemlich geniale Lage:
Viele schöne Cafés, Bars, Restaurants sind in der Umgebung.
Drumherum gibt es mehrere kleine Parks und in 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Mauerpark!
Du kannst innerhalb von Minuten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichen. Diverse Tramlinien (M1, M13, 50) sind direkt vor der Tür, zum Ringbahnhof S Schönhauser Allee sind es zu Fuß 7 Minuten.
Alle möglichen Supermärkte wie Alnatura, Denns, Lidl, Aldi, Netto und Penny sind in Laufnähe. Ein 24 Stunden Kaisers findest Du auf der Schönhauser. Und das schlimme aber praktische Einkaufszentrum „Schönhauser Allee Arcaden“ gibt’s auch noch.
The apartment is very well located:
A bunch of lovely cafes, bars, restaurants are in the surrounding area.
Around there are several small parks and in 20 minutes you can walk to Mauerpark!
You can reach public transportation within minutes. Various streetcar lines (M1, M13, 50) are right outside the door, to the Ringbahnhof S Schönhauser Allee is a 7-minute walk.
All kinds of supermarkets like Alnatura, Denns, Lidl, Aldi, Netto and Penny are within walking distance. You can find a 24 hour Kaisers on Schönhauser. And the horrible but practical shopping center "Schönhauser Allee Arcaden" is also there.
The other roommate is not the replacement for our own family, but we do care about each other. We maintain a warm, open and honest relationship with each other. With us there is a mindful and respectful togetherness, which is equally characterized by shared experiences and privacy. This is exactly what we expect from you.
Wir sind keine Zweck-Wg, aber auch keine Ersatzfamilie. Wir pflegen einen herzlichen, offenen und ehrlichen Umgang miteinander. Bei uns herrscht ein achtsames und respektvolles Miteinander, welches gleichermaßen von gemeinsamen Erlebnissen und Privatsphäre für Alle geprägt ist. Genau das erwarten wir auch von Dir.
Das WG-Leben erstreckt sich von entspannt bis exzessiv. Von lauter Musik bis entspannter Filmabend ist bei uns alles mal dabei. Das Ganze basiert auf gegenseitiger Achtung und Kommunikation. Alles kann, nichts muss. Die Zimmertüren sind mal offen und mal zu, je nach Lust und Laune.
Gerne trinken wir einen Wein zusammen, diskutieren über Gott und die Welt oder gehen am Wochenende mal miteinander Feiern [ins Sisy], aber ansonsten hat jeder sein Leben. Wir Kochen auch mal zusammen und verquatschen uns bis spät in der Küche. Es gibt bei uns keine WG-Kasse.
(Erfüllendes) Wohnen und Leben sind für uns nicht nur Mittel zum Zweck, sondern Ausdruck von Lebensqualität – deshalb ist für uns ein respektvoller Umgang nicht nur mit dem Gegenüber sondern auch mit den Dingen die uns umgeben wichtig.
Trotzdem, oder gerade deswegen machen wir eine Sache besonders gern: Teilen. Deshalb soll diese Anzeige vor Allem als Einladung verstanden werden. Als Einladung an Dich, Dich bei uns zu melden und vorbeizukommen und gemeinsam zu wohnen und zu leben.
Aber es steht auch die Chance und die Erfahrung im Vordergrund, neue Menschen kennenzulernen und gemeinsam eine gute Zeit zu haben :)

The WG-life ranges from relaxed to excessive. From loud music to a relaxed movie night, everything is possible. The whole thing is based on mutual respect and communication. Everything is possible, nothing has to be done. The room doors are sometimes open and sometimes closed, depending on your mood.
We like to drink wine together, discuss or go partying together on weekends [to Sisy], but otherwise everyone has his own life. We also cook together and talk until late in the kitchen. There is no WG cash register.
For us (fulfilled) living is an expression of the quality of life- that's why a respectful interaction not only with the other person but also with the things that surround us, is important to us.
Because of that, we like to do one thing in particular: share. That's why this ad should be understood as an invitation. As an invitation to you to join us, to meet us, to share an apartment together and and live together.
But it is also seen as the chance to meet new people and have a good time together :)
