Hey :)
We have a room available in our shared flat. It is bright, friendly, and unfurnished. You would move in as a subtenant. Our apartment is on a higher floor of an old building in a prime location!!
Our apartment is in the middle of the Kollwitz-Kiez, with a Rewe supermarket right next door and a Späti/bakery downstairs. The neighborhood has many authentic restaurants, small boutiques, and individual stores. Oderbergerstraße, Kastanienallee, and Mauerpark are also just around the corner. We are very well connected by public transport. The Eberswalder subway station is within walking distance, taking you to the Ringbahn in 2 minutes and Alex in 6 minutes. The M1, M10, and M12 also run here.
Even tho we live our individual independent lives, all of us are or have become good friends. We put a lot of effort into creating a welcoming and warm flat. The apartment is fully furnished, everything from a washing machine and microwave to spices is available and in good condition. To keep it as nice as it is, we have a cleaning schedule. Also, one of us has a young dog. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys social company, knows how to keep an apartment clean, and likes to live with pets
