ich möchte ein Zimmer für fünf Wochen zur Zwischenmiete anbieten.
Es ist in etwa 16 qm groß und das Fenster geht zum Hinterhof, somit ist es sehr ruhig, auch wenn dort direkt eine Kita angrenzt.
Und die Wohnung ist in einem sanierter Altbau und hat schönen Dielen.
Seht euch ansonsten einfach die Bilder an!
Die Lage ist echt top; ziemlich zentral aber ruhig!
Es sind 3-5 Minuten zur Tram (M13 und 12) und je nach Tempo 5-8 Minuten zur S+U Station Schönhauser Allee.
Zum Lidl brauchst du auch nur 4 Minuten und ein Alnatura und Denn´s sind zwei Schritte weiter.
Ansonsten gibt es Spätis, Restaurants und Bars fußläufig.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt.
Alle sind sehr offen, herzlich und gerne für einen Plausch oder für ein gemeinsames Essen zu haben, aber auch viel beschäftigt
