Schönes helles Zimmer mit großen Fenstern, hohen Decken und tollem Stuck.
Das Zimmer ist erstmal auf einen Monat befristet besteht aber evtl die Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung.
Die Wohnung wurde vor drei Jahren saniert und ist dementsprechend in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Insgesamt 3 Zimmer mit Küche und Bad, da in unsere Küche allerdings ein Tisch passt ist das Fehlen eines Wohnzimmers nicht all zu schlimm.
Super Lage, mitten im Prenzlauer Berg, perfekte Anbindung mit der Tram (M2&M10) vor der Tür.
Im unmittelbaren Umfeld sind viele Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Deine Mitbewohner werden Konstantin (23) und Silke (20) sein.
Keine Zwecks Wg sondern auch mal sehr unternehmungslustig.
Beide sehr liebe Menschen und werden immer ein offenes Ohr haben.
Das Zimmer ist Möbliert , kann aber auch unmöbliert vermietet werden, wenn gewollt.
