Das Zimmer ist ideal für dich, wenn du ganz einfach die zentralen Ort in Berlin erreichen und dabei wenig Geld für Miete ausgeben und Ruhe zur Schlafenszeit möchtest. Mit Ausnahme des Vogelgezwitschers hörst du hier wirklich keinen Lärm.
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit Bett, Kleiderstange, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Bei Bedarf bekommst du gerne Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Tagsüber ist das Schlafzimmer sehr hell, aber nachts kann man es komplett abdunkeln. Perfekt für dich, wenn du nur schwer in hellen Umgebungen schlafen kannst.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keine Spülmaschine, du sollest also bereit sein, deinen Abwasch selber zu erledigen.
Badezimmer und Küche wirst du mit mir (Kristina) teilen.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und Internet ist inklusive!

The room is ideal for you if you want to easily reach the central places in Berlin, spend little money on rent and have peace at bedtime. With the exception of the chirping of birds you really do not hear any noise.
The room is fully equipped with bed, clothes rail, desk and chair. If needed, bed linen and towels are available.
During the day the bedroom is very bright, but at night you can darken it completely. Perfect for you if you have difficulty sleeping in bright environments.
The apartment has a daylight bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher, so you should be ready to do your own dishes.
Bathroom and kitchenwill be shared with me (Kristina).

Das Viertel liegt in der Nähe eines Parks und eines tollen Sees.
Das Viertel selbst ist geprägt von Familien und älteren Menschen. Im Gebäude selbst leben vor allem ältere Personen. Daher ist die Wohnung nicht für Partys geeignet. Ein oder zwei Freunde einzuladen, um zu plaudern oder einen Drink zu nehmen, ist natürlich vollkommen in Ordnung.
Die Supermärkte Edeka, Aldi, Alnatura und Kaufland, sowie ein dm und eine Apotheke sind 7-8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit einem 12-minütigen Spaziergang erreichst du Lidl.

The neighborhood is located near a park and a great lake.
The neighborhood itself is inhabited mostly by families and older people. In the building itself live mostly elderly people. Therefore, the apartment is not suitable for parties. Inviting one or two friends over to chat or have
a drink is, of course, perfectly fine.
The supermarkets Edeka, Aldi, Alnatura and Kaufland, as well as a dm and a pharmacy are 7-8 minutes away by foot. With a 12-minute walk, you can reach Lidl.
