Du läufst max. 8 Minuten zu Fuß zur U8 zum Bahnhof Franz-Neumann-Platz, sowie 10 Minuten zum schönen Schäfersee. Dort kannst du joggen, auf der Wiese liegen, spazieren oder ein Glas Wein mit schönem Blick genießen. Die Straße liegt sehr ruhig, aber du bist in 5' in der Reinickendorfer STraße, einer großen Einkaufstraße mit vielen Imbißläden, Cafès und logistischen Einrichtungen.
You go in 8 min. max. to the Metro-station Franz-Neumann-Platz (U 8), as well as in 10 min. to the loveley see Schäfersee. There you can jog, lay down on meadow ore drink a glas of beer or wine with a nice view.
The streeet Hausotterstraße is calmy quietly, but you are in 5 min. in the business street Residenzstraße.

Unsere Mitbewohner sind in der Regel ein halbes oder ein Jahr in Berlin, studieren oder haben ein Praktikum in Berlin.
Gern haben wir hier ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen männlichen und weiblichen Mitbewohnern.
Sie können Teil einer multikulturellen Gemeinschaft werden. Interessiert?
The living community is especially intended for foreigners.
But also piet and alice, which them you can speak in german. one condition for us is, that you will very care for you room and the common rooms like bathroom, kitchen and coridor. these rooms have to cleande one time a week. we change the part of cleaning.
It is also possible, that you can agree by contracting not cleaning the common rooms. than you have to pay 30 euro monthly for this work and piet and alice will take over your cleaning part.
In dieser WG leben junge Leute aus verschiedenen Ländern. Derzeit zwei junge Japaner und Piet und Alice, mit denen du deutsch sprechen kannst. Eine Voraussetzung ist für uns, dass du deinen Raum sauber hältst und dich einmal in der Woche an der Reinigung der allgemeinen Räume wie Bad, Küche, Flur beteiligst. Hier wechseln wir uns nach Plan ab.
