Zum Zimmer – es ist ein 9m2 großer Raum, hat alles was frau so braucht. Ein Bett mit viel platz drunter zum verstauen. es gibt einen kleinen schreibtisch mit stuhl und eine kommode . zum hängen deiner kleidung gibt es noch einen kleiderständer. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, ist also hell und bekommt nachmittags sonne und du siehst den sonnenuntergang.Zimmerpflanzen fühlen sich hier besonders wohl. Der Holzboden ist abgezogen und trägt gemeinsam mit den weißen Wänden zur Atmosphäre bei.

Your bedroom is 9 sqm. The room has everything a woman needs. A bed with plenty of space underneath to stow away. There is a small desk with a chair and an old wooden tallboy. to hang your clothes there is still a clothes rack. The room has a large window, is bright and in the afternoon sun and you see the sunset. Indoor plants feel particularly well here. The wooden floor is worked and open, oiled and contributes to the atmosphere together with the white walls.
Die U8-Station Lindauer Allee ist ca. 7 Minuten entfernt, an eiligen Tagen aber nur 5! ;)
Zur U6-Station Kurt Schuhmacher Platz kannst du entweder 15 Minuten laufen, oder du nimmst den Bus vor der Haustür! (: (M21 – Station Pfahlerstraße)
Die S-Bahn Station Karl Bonhoeffer ist auch nur 10 Fuß-Minuten entfernt.
Der Innenhof ist grün und sonnig, du kannst dich dort ganz entspannt mit einem Buch in die Wiese legen. Direkt neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Park, der zum Spazierengehen uns Seele-baumeln-lassen einlädt, solltest du ein Fahrrad besitzen, kannst du damit auch schön herumkurven und bis nach Pankow fahren, oder die Rehberge unsicher machen. The U6-Station Kurt Schuhmacher Platz is 15 walking minutes away – but you can also take the M21 bus there (3 minutes from the flat, Pfahlerstraße-Station).
The S-Bahn-Station Karl Bonhoeffer is also just 10 minutes away.
The courtyard oft the house is big and a nice green space to sit and read. Next to the apartment is a lovely park, take a stroll and relax or jump on your bike and take a trip to the near by Pankow area.
Ich bin Gundi, 62, Heilpraktikerin und arbeite viel Zuhause, zwei Tage die Woche bin ich allerdings außerhalb von Berlin in meiner Praxis in Waren tätig. Ich freue mich über gelegentlichen Austausch und ein reges Miteinander.
Mit dabei ist noch Maheswari absolviert ein Master Studium .
Die WG isst vegetarisch und es wird eigentlich täglich gekocht. Wir freuen uns, wenn wir ab und an mal die Zeit finden, um gemeinsam ein Gericht zu zaubern.

Leider können wir wegen meiner Katzenhaarallergie keine Vierbeiner aufnehmen.

I am Gundi, 64, and homeopathic practitioner, I work a lot from home but I’m also out oft own for two days every week.
The other woman living here is Maheswari 32. She takes master studies engeneering in berlin.
What we are looking for in our future flat mate:
+ you are open minded and like to communicate
+ you enjoy living in a shared apartment
+ bonus points if you are vegetarian yourself, but this is not a must
+best case scenario would be if you are spiritual yourself and your wild party-days are a thing oft he past
Due to a cat-hair allergy we are unfortunately not able to keep a cat in the flat.
