I'm leaving this room to move abroad at the end of this month, so I'll need someone to take over my room. Your future roommate is currently on vacation. She'll return halfway through December.
Spacious and furnished room with high ceiling and big windows. The room is equipped with a loft bed, so you can make more full use of the space. Included furnishings are a couch, a wardrobe, a bed and some cupboards.
Just a few minutes walking away from Nöldnerplatz you can hop onto the S5, S7 and S9. Just outside of the S-bahn ring, you are close to Treptower Park and Neukölln. The area is pretty quiet and there are some great parks you can walk through. There's also a REWE and Kaufland close by, as well as some other shops along the way.
Cleanliness is very important, you should be able occasionally clean the shared spaces! You will living with my roommate, who has a dog as well. My roommate is a friendly yoga instructor and healthcare workers. She's very open, easy to talk with. She likes to occasionally have a chat with a drink, or go somewhere as a roommate. But she can also leave you in your privacy.
Important to note is that there is construction happening around the building at this moment. So keep that in mind, it should be done in a couple months. There may be a reduced rent rate for the construction period.
