A safe place for a female guest is availible! Cosy single room with a big window facing the nice square with very much of sunshine! Anmeldung is possible. Everyone knows how important for a young female guests have a safe place in the big city. In the room there are: a stair bed, a working desk, a working chair, a big armchair, a table, a shelf and a blue-sky-lamp. The space is small, but very bright, nice, sunny and comfortable! For a girl this room is a perfect place to stay in the city! There is the big and sunny bathroom in the flat. Due to the Misappropriation Law in Berlin, we are only allowed to sublet 49% of the living space. That is why we arranged for you a personal mini kitchen with a microwave, coffe maschine, toaster and water cooker for your own usage in front of your room. We have a nice garden in the yard for you and also for your friends whom you can invite to spend time there.

The flat is situated only 3 minutes by feet to the Metro Station Nöldner Platz. In 15 minutes by train you can reach city center Alexanderplatz.
Your private room is only for you. The room is only for nonsmoker.
Jogging space in park by the lake is close to the house. Shops and cafes are in the area too. Only for a female guest. The House is quiet. A young cat lives in the flat.
a big Supermarket Kaufland is to reach in 5 minutes by feet.
We are going to work to the office during the week. Some of us are study in school. In the evening and on weekend some of us goes out. We dont do any parties in the flat. We don't cook together, euch of us mostly spends time with her own friends.
There is a garden in the yard with a table and some chairs. Everyone of us can spend time there. You can invite your friends and spent time together in the garden.
