Die Langenscheidtstr. ist eine Verbindungsstrasse zwischen Schöneberg und Kreuzberg: Einerseits dem schönen Viktoriapark, Parks, Markplätze, Yorckbrücken und der Crellekiez in der Nähe, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Potsdamer Str. und Potsdamer Platz, Nollendorffplatz und sehr nahe am Kleistpark sowie Julius-Leber Brücke. Auf der anderen Seite gibt es die rote Insel zu entdecken.
Traumhaft schöne Designerläden und Cafés findet man auch beim Winterscheidtplatz, der fußläufig ist. Mit hin zentral und in einem sehr lebendigen Kiez gelegen, ein idealer Ort, vom dem aus man Berlin entdecken kann.

It is possible for single person or a couple to stay with us, we like cooking, Netflix, relaxing activities, the location is great for walks and jogging.Basic household activities, cleaning is shared and to be considerate with each other s space and privacy is taken for granted. Guests are welcome.

Es ist möglich für ein Pärchen bei uns zu bleiben. Wir mögen Kochen, Netflix, entspannende Aktivitäten, die Lage ist ideal für Spaziergänge und Joggen und Berlin zu Fuß zu entdecken.
Grundlegende Haushaltsarbeiten wie reinigen, waschen, Müll trennen sind selbstverständlich und wird fair geteilt. Rücksichtnahme und gegenseitiger Respekt für die Privatsphäre des anderen ist selbstverständlich. Gäste sind herzlich willkommen. Wir sind zwei Personen im Haushalt.
