It's a large, spacious, sunny and renovated 25m2 room. It is equipped with everything you need, a double bed, a chest of drawers, a writing desk and a large wardrobe. The rental is a sublet room with shared use of the bathroom and kitchen. The flat is quiet, has a surface area of 170 square metres and is tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts. It has 5 rooms, a large living room, bathroom and kitchen. The total rent includes heating, water and shared use of the internet. The flat is on the 2nd floor and has a lift. Anmeldung is possible.
The flat is well located, with bus stops at 2 and 5 minutes' walk away and U-bahn stations are at 10-minute walk away - Nollendorfplatz (U2) and Eisenacherstr. (U7). Zoologisher garten station can be reached in 13 minutes by bus, with connections to all S-bahn trains. The centre of Berlin is reached in less than 30 minutes. The Schöneberg district is very trendy, with numerous cafés and bars, small shops and famous for its large market on Winterfeldplatz. Schöneberg is therefore a pleasant district, very close to the KADEWE, also known as the Kaufhaus des Westens.
We are looking for a quiet person who is working or studying. Internationals are also welcome. We like the flat to be clean. I work myself, so I'm rarely at home. But I do enjoy my flat when I am there.
