Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und nur ca 4 min von der Ringbahnstation Schöneberg entfernt.

Außerdem gibt es alles was man braucht in der Nähe.
Penny gegebüber und ein großer Lidl ist 3 min entfernt.

Auch kann man sowohl die Akazienstr. als auch die Julius-Leber Brücke in jeweils 10 Gehminuten erreichen. Dort gibt es viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten wie Cocktailbars, Restaurants und viele Cafés.

The apartment is very centrally located and only about 4 minutes from the Ringbahn station Schöneberg.

There is also everything you need nearby.
Penny across the street and a large Lidl is 3 minutes away.

You can also reach both Akazienstr. and the Julius-Leber Bridge in 10 minutes on foot. There are many places to go out, such as cocktail bars, restaurants and many cafés.

Wir haben uns beim Reisen kennengelernt und sind schließlich zusammen gekommen. Er kommt aus Australien, ich aus Deutschland weshalb er momentan nur Englisch sprichh.
Wir teilen uns ein Zimmer in der Wohnung.

Wir sind gerne unterwegs und gesellig und würden uns über eine Mitbewohner*in freuen, mit der wir uns gut verstehen und mit der wir vllt auch mal zusammen kochen, grillen oder einen Wein trinken können.
Wenn die Woche anstrengend war brauchen wir jedoch auch mal Zeit für uns selbst und verstehen auch wenn du Ruhe benötigst.

Generell spielen wir, vor allem im Winter, Gesellschaftsspiele am Wochenende (meist mit Freunden) bei denen du sehr gerne mitmachen kannst.
Außerdem mag ich Pflanzen und mag Urban gardening, wofür sich die Dachterrasse sehr anbietet.
Natürlich wäre es toll wenn du das Hobby mit mir teilst und man auch gegenseitig auf die Pflanzen des anderen aufpassen könnte, aber natürlich kann die Dachterrasse auch nur zum relaxen genutzt werden :)
Generell ist mir Sauberkeit sehr wichtig.

Ca 2 mal pro monat kommt eine Putzkraft für die geneinsam genutzen Räume vorbei.
Für dein Bad und Zimmer bist jedoch nur du verantwortlich.

Mein Freund ist in der vermieteten Zeit mindestens einen Monat verreist und ich / wir sind oft eine Woche im Monat in meiner Heimat.

We met while traveling and he's from Australia, I'm from Germany. Now we are a couple and live in Berlin. For the moment he only speaks English and we share a room in the apartment.

We enjoy traveling and socializing and would love to have a flatmate with whom we get along well and with whom we could maybe cook, barbecue or habe a wine together.
However, if the week has been exhausting, we also need some time to ourselves and also understand if you need peace.


We generally play board games at the weekend (usually with friends), especially in winter, in which you are very welcome to join.
I also like plants and urban gardening, for which the roof top terrace is perfect.
It would be great if you could share this hobby with me and we could take care of each other's plants, but of course the roof top terrace can also be used to just relax :)
In general, cleanliness is very important to me.

A cleaner comes by about 2 times a month to deep clean the kitchen and vacuum/mop the communal areas.


My boyfriend is away for at least a month during the rental period and I/we are often away from home for a week a month.
