Ich suche aktuell eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein WG-Zimmer in Berlin-Schöneberg.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem großen Regal, einer kleinen Kommode, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischlampe, Stuhl, Gardinen und Bett. Es ist schön hell durch das große Fenster mit Blick auf den gegenüberliegenden Park.
Das Zimmer hat leider keine eingebaute Heizung, es steht aber eine Elektroheizung zur Verfügung!
Sonst hat die WG eine gemeinsame Küche und ein Bad.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Gasofen und drei Kühlschränken.
Im Bad gibt es Toilette, Waschbecken und eine Duschbadewanne mit Duschvorhang.

Hey!
I'm currently looking for a new tenant for my shared apartment room in Berlin-Schöneberg. The room is fully furnished with a large shelf, a small dresser, desk, desk lamp, chair, curtains, and bed. It's very bright thanks to the large window overlooking the park across the street. Unfortunately, the room doesn't have a built-in heater, but there is an electric heater available!
Other than that, the shared apartment has a shared kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, gas oven, and three refrigerators. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and a shower bathtub with a shower curtain.
Die U7 ist in 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und eine Bushaltestelle in ca. 2 min. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Edeka ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kleiner Park ist direkt gegenüber vom Haus. Die WG liegt innerhalb vom Ring und die Ringbahn ist innerhalb von 10min mit dem Bus erreichbar.
Unsere Wohnung ist zudem unweit vom Akazienkiez, mit vielen schönen Kaffees, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten!

The U7 subway line is a 3-minute walk away, and a bus stop is about 2 minutes on foot. Directly across the street, there's a small supermarket, and an Edeka supermarket is also within a few minutes walking distance. A small park is right across from the house. The shared apartment is located within the Ringbahn circle, and the Ringbahn itself can be reached by bus in about 10 minutes.
Our apartment is also close to the Akazienkiez, which has many charming cafes, bars, and shopping options!
Wir sind eine 4er-WG, du wirst mit Zain, Deniz und Piyush zusammenleben.
Gleich vorweg: Zain legt sehr sehr gerne auf, von dem her kommt aus seinem Zimmer meistens mehrere Stunden am Tag Techno-Musik.
Es wäre sehr wichtig, dass du damit kein Problem hast! Pluspunkte wären natürlich wenn du auch gerne Techno hörst, Zain freut sich immer über neue Rave-Buddies! :)
Wir haben außerdem einen Putzplan, der uns sehr wichtig ist und an den du dich auch halten solltest!
Die WG hat leider keine Waschmaschine, aber es gibt einige Waschsalons in der Nähe.

We are a WG of four, and you'll be living with Zain, Deniz, and Piyush.
Very important: Zain really enjoys DJing, so there's often techno music coming from his room for several hours a day. It's very important that you're okay with this! Of course, it would be a plus if you like techno too, as Zain is always happy to find new rave buddies! :)
We also have a cleaning schedule that is very important to us, and you would need to adhere to it!
Unfortunately, the apartment doesn't have a washing machine, but there are several washing salons nearby.
Wir suchen eine freundliche und ordentliche Person, die viel Wert auf ein respektvolles und harmonisches Miteinander legt. Riesen-Pluspunkt wäre wenn du auch gerne Techno hörst!
Da ich selber erst am 1. Mai ausziehe, wäre es super wenn du mit dem Einzug etwas flexibler bist und es auch in Ordnung ist, wenn du erst abends oder am 2. Mai einziehen kannst!
Ansonsten wäre es wichtig, dass du Englisch sprechen kannst, da wir hier hauptsächlich auf Englisch kommunizieren.

We are looking for a friendly and tidy person who values a respectful and harmonious WG-life. A huge plus would be if you also enjoy techno music!
Since I'm moving out on May 1st, it would be great if you could be flexible with the move-in date, and that it would be fine for you if you can only move in in the evening or on May 2nd! It's also important that you can speak English, as we primarily communicate in English here.
